Winterfest’s long-time event has been reinvented this year into a walking tour that pits area restaurants and others against each other to see who has the best chowder in CNY. Patrons purchase a ticket for $5 at Marriott Syracuse Downtown Hotel Enter the Conference Center Doors on E. Onondaga St. the day of, or presale at participating locations which allows them a sample each recipe and vote for the winner.
